Conference Program Managers

We are seeking entrepreneurial individuals with the capacity to identify and research leading edge, business-to-business, commercial issues and develop strategic conferences for targeted audiences. In this role, you will recruit high-level speakers, negotiate deals and synthesize content while supporting direct marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of business experience, strong analytical and research skills and have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A BS/BA in Journalism or MGT is preferred. Bio/Pharmaceutical or Insurance industry experience is a plus. This is not a meeting planning position; this is a project management position.

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven sales executive with a college degree and 2-5 years business-to-business sales experience. This is an entry level position. The ideal candidate possesses a keen intellect and a questioning mind to recognize trends and grasp complex subjects. Senior Marketing Manager

- Negotiate contra deals with associations and publications
- Proof websites, brochures and email broadcasts
- Learn and work with a fox pro based database
- Identify and build weaker areas within the database
- Utilize multiple marketing vehicles during a campaign: including internet, direct mail and email broadcasts
- Work with and coordinate telemarketing outreach, brochure design and customer service inquiries

Operations Coordinator
Job Code: OP-W
If you possess high energy and are a great communicator and are able to successfully organize all off-site and on-site logistics: speaker documentation, audio visual, travel arrangements, food & beverage, room setups and budgets; this is the meeting planning position for you! Operation Coordinators must display a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with speakers and conference attendees. Coordinators act as hotel liaisons while assimilating and traveling to 2-3 conferences per month. You are also responsible for on-site registration and processing all banquet event orders (BEOs). This is an entry-level position. You will have 0-2 years business experience and a BA/BS in Communications, Business Management or Meeting Planning is preferred.
