COLLABORATIVE WORKING GROUP Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery

Working groups enable attendees to learn first-hand from peers about challenges and experiences throughout the industry. Each working group is led by a facilitator helping to drive the discussion surrounding the practical issues behind each topic. New this year, attendees are invited to participate in a tool-box exchange. Provide a helpful tool — a template, checklist, training materials, policy language, scorecard, statement of work, etc. — that your peers can use and benefit from back in the office. Participants have the opportunity to discuss the tools and access the collected working group materials in the post-conference compendium. Key questions for exploration and benchmarking:

I. What are the tools needed for conducting an effective bribery risk assessment?

II. How will Brexit impact UK compliance and regulations?

III. What are the risks and benefits of self-disclosure in terms of bribery and related accounting fraud?

IV. What are the challenges and considerations for contracting, monitoring and training third-parties?
