G1 • Survival Track: Food and Beverage Design — Wine Pairing Exercise

Food and beverage may be a challenge for life sciences meetings, but it also can be a major factor toward your meeting’s success or failure.
Whether your meeting is for your sales force or for HCPs, here’s what you need to know about food and beverage design in order to make selections that will positively affect the educational outcome.   Attendees will participate in a fun and interactive exercise will show how your choice of wine can enhance — or detract from — your other menu items. You’ll review best practices for pairing food and beverages during dinners and other evening events.

*Limited to the first 80 registered attendees
