(CBI) full-time employees have been rewarded with an all-expenses-paid, company-wide trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Each year the employees of CBI are given a series of financial goals and if they reach the top goal their success is rewarded with a 4 day all inclusive trip. The trip to Punta Cana marks the sixth year that CBI has taken employees on a trip. Previous destinations include: Bermuda, Puerto Rico (twice), Cancun and Jamaica.

The idea for the trip was generated during an employee review and has since become an integral part of CBI's culture. The trip entails no work and all fun, but has been built as a real team building adventure. The trip gives employees a chance to unwind and get to know people from different departments.
