As a reward for meeting their "Super-Stretch Goal" in 2004, CBI Research, Inc.'s (CBI) full-time employees have been rewarded with an all-expenses-paid, company-wide trip to Cancun, Mexico. Each year the employees of CBI are given a series of financial goals and if they reach the top goal their success is rewarded with a 4 day all inclusive trip. The trip to Cancun marks the fourth year that CBI has taken employees on a trip. Previous destinations include: Bermuda, Puerto Rico and Jamaica.

The idea for the trip was generated during an employee review and has since become an integral part of CBI's culture. The trip entails no work and all fun, but has been built as a real team building adventure. The trip gives employees a chance to unwind and get to know people from different departments. A team dinner on the last night of the trip makes for an exciting close to this fun-filled celebration of our 2004 success. The entire company looks forward to the trip all year long.
