Longdon, June 6, 2006 - Photosound to present at the Inaugural EU Pharmaceutical Meeting Planners Forum

Jeremy Williams, CEO, and Julian Midwinter, Business Development Manager, of PHOTOSOUND, will be speakers at the Inaugural EU Pharmaceutical Meeting Planners Forum to be held in London (26-27 June 2006).

The European Pharmaceutical Meeting Planners Forum is the first conference focusing exclusively on the hot issues in the pharmaceutical meetings industry.

PHOTOSOUND will present a key seminar on Creative Meetings Development for Entertainment and Education. The Seminar will focus on the following: many companies have put into place guidelines regarding meeting venues; however, in some cases the properties that are off-limits can provide the best rates - creating frustration for meeting planners. In addition, planners must contend with doctors' complaints about the new regulations that prevent pharmaceutical companies from paying for travel and meals for spouses and recreation. This session explores creative and practical strategies on how to produce meetings that educate, entertain and motivate key audiences from pharmaceutical companies while remaining compliant.

  • Provide memorable but "modest" social events
  • Understand the needs of distinct audiences
  • Educate and inspire sales forces
  • Provide optimal value for physicians, without appearance of excess
  • Integrate all creative to support clear messages
  • Deliver creative, memorable events
