*Rates apply to corporate, third-party and association planners only. Qualification screenings may be conducted. If complimentary or discounted option is selected, a minimum of 8 pre-scheduled appointments, with exhibitors, during trade show hours, are required. If appointments are not scheduled and/or attended, the standard rate without appointments will be applied. All cancellations, including complimentary registrations, must be received by 12/31/2019; after this date, a $399 cancellation fee will be applied. Credit card must be provided to reserve all registrations. Final eligibility at the discretion of CBI and MeetingsNet.
