Tim Varughese is President of the Synergy Group of Companies (SGC), with responsibility for all aspects of their operations, corporate leadership, and investments. Tim joined Synergy in 2014 as Director, Corporate Development, and was initially tasked with building out Synergy Projects Ltd.’s internal systems, with a large emphasis on their safety and Home Safe programs. In the years since, he has progressively taken on more senior roles. In 2017 he was promoted to President, Synergy Projects Ltd., and in 2018 to President, Synergy Group of Companies. He has been integral to SGC’s continued growth and diversification. Tim is accountable to implement the group’s vision across all of its businesses throughout the country. He is continually inspired by SGC’s people and the opportunity to develop, support, and motivate them as they become the organization’s leaders of the future.
